Whilst the days may be shorter and the temperature has dropped, that doesn’t mean we’re short on seasonal foodie delights to enjoy.

Courtesy of the rich soils and cool climate east of the Margaret River, these delicacies are once again back on our seasonal menu and we’ve decided to celebrate in style!

In collaboration with Truffle Hill and our AVC Executive Chef, Telina Menzies, Sweetwater presents a limited time event – our Winter Truffle Dinner!

Indulge on a twelve dish tasting banquet menu, designed to be shared in a long table dinner, and glass of sparkling on arrival. The evening will also feature an exclusive, limited series of special truffle-infused cocktails and a featured Sweetwater x Ronin Chilli Truffle Oil.
