How do I get to the restaurant?
To find us, head to the lift on Silas Street, or the last lift in the Nautica lobby, and press ‘6’.
Do you have to make a reservation for dinner?
It is always encouraged to reserve a table for dinner to avoid disappointment; we recommend making advance bookings for Friday and Saturdays.
What is the dress code?
Daytime, casual. Evening, smart/casual.
Is there a Public Holiday surcharge?
Yes, there is a 15% surcharge on Public Holidays.
Where should I park?
Street parking along Silas Street or Richmond Quarter Car Park.
Are children allowed?
Minors are welcome but must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times. Please note we do not have a kids menu.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, no dogs are permitted on site.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes we do have access to the venue but please call our team for assistance
Can I bring a cake and decorations?
You are very welcome to bring a cake and no cakeage fee is charged if you serve and cut yourselves. If you would like the team to cut and plate it is a fee of $2 per person. Decorations are also fine but must not be messy or interfere with other patrons.
Do you cater for dietaries?
Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are placing a booking, for or any specific dietaries not listed please reach out to our team to confirm options.
Can I request a specific location in the venue?
Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area.
In the event of government enforced lockdowns that impacts your booking, our friendly team will reach out to you about your booking. All pre-paid bookings will be refunded in full, and any credit card captures will not be charged.
